On Fear

Reminder for all of you out there to never stop chasing your dreams. You're never too old to start over or start something new. Find what brings you joy and go after it.  Find how you can help and do it. Be passionate about living and you'll find magic in the mundane, and purpose in  your suffering.

The answer to all your problems is to face your fears.  And once you do you'll learn that fear is just part of the human experience, and it's trying to protect you because there is risk involved.

Fear helps to protect the ego, or the lower self. And fear clings to us because deep down it knows that once we wake up to our divinity, our higher self, fear ceases to exist.

Fear is an entity that seeks to control and keep us playing small. To keep us from taking risks, risks that bring us the potential of being seen, being heard, being abandoned, being rejected, and being unconditionally loved.

Fear is born when we feel threatened in our survival. Fear seeks to protect us from the knowing that nothing can separate us from God. We are one, and if we are one, what does that mean to the individual, to the ego?

Does fear really mean it's life or death for you? It could feel that way if you did not have a freedom as a child to choose your own way, or if you don't have freedom as an adult to choose your own way.

But really, fear is only an e-motion. It only has power if we give it power, and often we feel afraid because we just havent processed the feeling of fear before.  We run from it instead of staring it down. When we feel fearful, we can stop and slow down and check in with ourselves and ask quietly, "What am I truly afraid of?"  The answers that come may surprise you.

Fear will prevent you from reaching your potential, thriving, and living the life of your dreams. Fear keeps us stuck in cycles of addiction, unhealthy habits, and in bad relationships. We learn to trust our fear instead of question it.  We have been duped. Fear is not our friend. It does not protect us, it keeps us small and weak. Fear is the devil.

Who would you be if you conquered your fears? What would you do? What genius lives inside of you that's yearning to break free?

Your life purpose and contribution to humanity matters. You matter. You are important and the world needs your gifts and talents.  I don't care if you are addicted to drugs, in jail, or have all the riches in the world. We are all the same, and you all matter. You are so important, and the world needs your light.

I've lived in fear for most of my life. Fear of speaking, fear of being seen, fear of being loved, fear of being outcast, fear of dying...all the things. I have faced them all and have found there is truly nothing to be afraid of. The only thing we really fear, is ourselves. If we fear ourselves, we're not loving ourselves. And we don't love ourselves first, we don't know how to treat others.

For a species that seeks to worship things that can only been perceived by our 5 senses, we sure do give a lot of our control over to our invisible e-motions.

Emotions are just energy in motion. Energy that needs to be witnessed and transmuted so it can leave the body, mind, and soul.

We need to tap in to ourselves and learn to only listen to us. We know what's best for ourselves.  The answers to all of our problems are inside, there is no one external to you who can complete you or tell you who  to be, how to be, or what to be. You can be whoever you want. You can be free when you face your own cowardice and shame and realize you are the only person standing on your way.

Transformation is not easy, but it is worth it. If you want to change, just do it. Stop making excuses and start being the change you want to see in your life. If you want to lose weight stop eating crap TODAY. Start moving your body TODAY. Start small, you can do it. Break your own chains and stop being a victim to your own circumstances.

Life is not easy, but it is worth it. I used to fantasize about suicide and escaping this world, and now I live every day to my fullest and in devotion to loving and supporting myself. We never know when it will be our last day here.  What can you accomplish? Who can you be? I know I still want to finish my book before I die. I want to start my podcast. I want to sell a painting. I want to hike at least part of the Appalachian Trail. I want to homestead and be self-reliant. I want to learn how to change the oil on my car. I want my shop to do well so I can hire someone to run it for me and then I can focus on my next project. I want to design a clothing brand. I want to do more. I want to keep creating and adding to this Earthly experience. I want you to be and do more too. I want us all to stand up to the systems and programming that seeks to keep us small and obedient and tell anyone or anything that wants to limit us ENOUGH. We have had enough. We are done being controlled, belittled, and abused by our own government, corporations, friends, family, and churches.

We are all good people. We are worthy of love. We are good enough, strong enough, and capable enough to do anything. It's only fear that keeps us from believing in ourselves enough to make the necessary changes to alter the trajectory of our lives.

So, how can you be the change you want to see in your life? What can you do today to make your life better and change your circumstances?
